So much wrong with this scenario. First, there is no way a living being could withstand gravity at that size and with those small support structures (legs). Second, anyone who has ever stepped on a LEGO piece or a small pebble knows that these giants would never go barefoot and step on cars, buildings and other sharp objects.
That opening news-feed chaos is PERFECT. “Identical events worldwide” + coastal evacuation orders instantly set the stakes, and the moment they reveal the vectors lining up toward ancient sites… I got chills.
